Warwick Warp releases new version of LiveScan SDK
Warwick Warp Ltd, the UK-based developer of novel fingerprint recognition technology, is delighted to announce the release of a new version of its LiveScan SDK.
The new LiveScan v4 SDK provides partners, users and scheme operators with very significant improvements in matching speed and usability. The new SDK retains Warwick Warp's NIST tested ultra-high accuracy matching capabilities and now includes MINEX and STQC certified algorithms as standard. For greater flexibility, v4 also comes with either low- or high-speed FBI certified WSQ codecs. The newest LiveScan SDK is highly scalable and, as with all Warwick Warp matching products, highly accuracy even with poor-quality prints. LiveScan v4 is ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
Stewart Hefferman, CEO of Warwick Warp, said “Our new LiveScan v4 SDK represents a major development for Warwick Warp. Not only is it up to 50% faster, but it enables us to provide fast, ultra-accurate industry-certified algorithms to our partners." Hefferman continued, "Our partners want Warwick Warp to maintain its leading position in this fast moving market. We'll continue to support them in many ways, one of which is through our continued commitment to invest in R&D.”
