Warwick Warp is a technology company which specialises in the innovation and development of algorithms for biometric systems. It has world class expertise in image analysis and pattern recognition. Our patented intellectual property provides solutions to critical problems related to feature detection and modeling, geometric correction and  shading/lighting correction, all of which can be applied to various biometric applications, including fingerprint and face recognition.

The development team collectively has 50 years of experience in image analysis and individual members have previously developed commercially successful software products. Joined recently by a recognised IT entrepreneur as Chairman, the team is of international standing.

The company has received private and government funding to support its research and development activities from a number of private investors as well as University of Warwick and Advantage West Midlands.
